Chris Douglas is a consultant, executive
coach, and trainer who presents workshops and seminars on topics which include
leadership, conflict, communication skills, team building, and stress management
to organizations such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Dell, and the U.S. government. As
a coach and consultant, Chris has helped many individual clients and teams
dismantle counterproductive patterns and achieve greater personal and
professional fulfillment and more powerful business results. In addition to his
work with organizations, Chris offers evening and weekend personal growth
classes and retreats. In 2003, Chris earned his Masters degree in Psychology
from the University of Santa Monica. He enjoys travel, photography, flying,
kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and woodworking. Chris is a
founding member of Wisdom At Work.

Carol
Warkoczewski
is the Owner of
Synergy Builders, which focuses on
facilitating Partnering workshops, team-building, and cultural transformation programs.
She is a registered architect, and throughout her career she has established
successes in the areas of leadership, organizational development, strategic
planning, project management, and team building. Carol holds a Bachelor of
Science degree (architecture and urban planning) from the University of Wisconsin, and
a
Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward’s
University. Carol

Amanda Winters is a Louisiana
native and UT graduate, an attorney, and social worker/LMSW. She is publisher
of the 'Catalyst for Fun' newsletter and website and a life coach, peace
advocate, and a life coach. The Catalyst for Fun free weekly e-newsletter is
distributed each week to over 1000 people in Austin, TX. Each issue contains
connection possibilities, personal and spiritual growth opportunities, inspiring
